Albert Einstein said: "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result." I will not propose radical wholesale changes in behavior (lose 10 pounds in 10 days by eliminating carbohydrates). A regimen like this is unrealistic, and will cause us to revert to our "normal" eating habits after a lot of hard work, only to regain lost weight.
In my practice, daily habits are your key to weight maintenance and long-term success — and this is what we will focus on in our sessions. Together we can tweak, change, and replace some of your unhealthful habits to gradually redefine your own personal "normal" to a healthier, slim, and slammin' you.

When you are eating right, sleeping enough, and being physically active — when your everyday habits are in line — you send your body consistent messages and you just feel better. And, as a result, you will feel more attractive as well. When you only live once, don't you deserve to feel sexy?
